If you have any problems with the products, please feel free to contact us via email, phone or online chat. We offer a 60-day warranty of return or exchange on our products for the following situations
1. The products you received are not what exactly you want
2. You are not satisfied with the order
3. Incorrect products
4. Damaged products
5. Not received
So if you meet any above situations, please contact us within 60 days for return or exchange, and we will respond you within 24 hours normally.
For order received situations: when the products are returned back, we will check them to ensure they are unused and undamaged. Generally, it takes up to 5 business days after we receive the product to complete processing and move to the next stage.
For order not received situation, there are two situations should be noticed:
1. If the goods are already in transit, you will have to bear shipping costs including delivery to you and return to us (twice the shipping cost of the order), and we will make a partial refund after deducting the shipping cost from the total amount of the order.
2. If the goods are not in transit, we will make a full refund to you.
Return or Exchange Process
1. Contact us via email and describe your problem of the order. You’d better directly send us the information including your order number, your name, invoice number and your request for a quick confirmation.
2. We will send you the return address after confirmation and wait for the returned products.
3. After we receive the products and make sure there is no problem of them, we will resend the order or make a refund.
4. If a refund is required, it will be issued within 5 business days of our approval, and you will usually receive your refund within 5 to10 business days.

2. Any refund will be paid as the same payment terms with the original order within 5 business days after the refund is agreed. Normally, you will receive your refund within 5 to 10 business days.
3. Products must be shipped back in unused, undamaged condition and in their original packaging, and the returning items shall be prepaid by you.
4. If returns or exchanges are caused by our faults, we are happy to bear the returning shipping cost. But if due to your personal reasons, such as you bought wrong products or you do not need the products any more, you will be responsible for shipping costs including delivery to you and return to us (twice the shipping cost of the order), and it will be deducted from the order payment.
